NBA 2K15 is currently experiencing server downtimes and feature bugs. 2K Support has created a dedicated status page for the game, with the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions all reading the same two error messages. The messages warn of temporary service interruptions and no access to the MyTeam service. People have complained about invalid codes and lost in-game currency.
NBA 2K15 also suffered problems with the face scanning feature and lost MyPlayer data. These issues have supposedly been fixed though the server problems continue. NBA 2K14 suffered similar problems last year.
