According to Microsoft game marketing lead Aaron Greenberg, Star Wars: Battlefront will be playable first on Xbox One thanks to EA Access. Greenberg confirmed the news on Twitter in response to a tweet:

No other details have been shared thus far. There may be a time limit on how many hours can be played on the game, similar to Battlefield Hardline and Dragon Age: Inquisition.
