The third-person MOBA ‘Smite’ is expected to enter closed beta on Xbox One in early 2015. Developer Hi-Rez Studios revealed the news in a PAX Australia recap .
“We’re working really hard on a console version of Smite, and in the beginning of the year, we’re going to start closed beta for the Xbox One version. We hope to release that in the first half of next year.”
Smite is already available on PC, but it was revealed as an ID Initiative game at Gamescom 2014. Hi-Rez recently launched Australian and New Zealand servers to accommodate the growing player count.
