By accessing or using Zero1 Gaming, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

Zero1 Gaming is a competitive gaming, streaming, discovery, community, content, and leaderboard platform. We provide tools for users to discover live streamers, view game-specific hubs, interact with community features, and participate in a virtual points economy.

You must be legally able to use the platform in your jurisdiction. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for your account credentials. We highly encourage enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where available. Accounts may be suspended if used fraudulently or in violation of these rules.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. You must immediately notify Zero1 Gaming support of any suspected unauthorized access to your account. We may require verification or account security checks from time to time to protect the integrity of the platform.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, or harmful behavior toward others.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Cheating, manipulation, spamming, botting, scraping, or abuse of rewards and systems.
• Attempts to exploit the points, predictions, wagers, streamer boosts, or referral systems.
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or disruption of our services.
• Uploading or sharing unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content.

Users remain responsible for the content they submit (where supported). Zero1 Gaming reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content at any time. By submitting content or profile data to the platform, you grant Zero1 Gaming a limited permission to display that data as needed for platform functionality.

Streamer names, public channel data, stream previews, live video embeds, game names, and other third-party media may come from external services. Zero1 Gaming does not control third-party platforms such as Twitch or Kick. External streams or links may change or become unavailable at any time.

XP, points, avatar frames, streamer boosts, redemptions, and virtual items are platform features designed to enhance your experience.

• They have no cash value unless the platform expressly states otherwise.
• They are non-transferable except where specifically allowed by platform mechanics.
• Zero1 Gaming may adjust, correct, revoke, expire, or rebalance points and rewards when necessary to address abuse, errors, fraud, or system changes.
• Users must not exploit or manipulate the economy system in any way.

Interactive features such as predictions, polls, and wagers may be subject to eligibility, availability, specific rules, opt-in requirements, or jurisdictional limitations.

• Participation utilizes platform points only, depending on current implementation, and is not real-money gambling unless explicitly and lawfully stated otherwise.
• Outcomes, reward rules, and resolution processes are governed by the relevant feature rules in the user interface.
• Zero1 Gaming may void or correct entries affected by errors, abuse, data issues, or integrity concerns.
• Users are expected to participate responsibly.

Streamer boosts, votes, and leaderboard interactions are subject to anti-abuse controls. The platform may remove artificial manipulation, botting, or fraudulent activity to ensure fair rankings and community integrity.

If redemptions exist, they are subject to review, availability, and program rules. Fraudulent or abusive redemption requests will be rejected. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed unless expressly defined elsewhere on the platform.

The Zero1 Gaming brand, site design, code, and original content remain protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission. Third-party trademarks, game assets, and content belong to their respective owners.

News, guides, statistics, streamer data, schedules, and leaderboards may update frequently. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every data point is complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Zero1 Gaming reserves the right to modify features, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate use for policy violations or operational reasons at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

The platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. Zero1 Gaming makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, third-party stream availability, or error-free data. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zero1 Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform, unauthorized access to your data, or any conduct by third parties on the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Zero1 Gaming harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms indicates your acceptance of the changes, where legally permitted.
