01Overview
BALL x PIT is a brick-breaking, ball-fusing, base-building survival roguelite where you battle hordes of monstrous enemies with an arsenal of ricocheting balls. Players descend into the pit beneath the ruined city of Ballbylon, firing magic-infused projectiles that bounce around the battlefield and damage approaching enemies. During runs, more than 60 different balls can be collected and combined through the Ball Fusion system, creating new attacks and effects. Each region introduces different enemies, hazards, and bosses as players push deeper into the pit and gather resources. Between runs, collected resources are used to rebuild New Ballbylon. More than 70 buildings provide bonuses, unlock additional characters, and help generate resources, while recruited heroes can be assigned tasks at the settlement. Different playable characters have their own mechanics and upgrades that change how balls behave or how a run is approached. Progress comes from expanding the town, unlocking new equipment and characters, and experimenting with different ball combinations as increasingly difficult areas become available.
