01Overview
Battlefield 3 is a first-person shooter developed by DICE that combines a cinematic single-player campaign with large-scale multiplayer combat. The campaign follows several characters across locations including Iran, Paris and New York as they uncover a growing international threat. Multiplayer is the main focus, with infantry squads fighting alongside tanks, helicopters, jets and other vehicles across large maps. Players choose from four classes, each built around different roles such as assault, engineering, support and reconnaissance. Battlefield 3: End Game is the fifth expansion pack for Battlefield 3. This expansion brings a balance of infantry, vehicles and new DLC weapon platform extras to the battlefield. In alignment with previous expansions this DLC introduces four new maps that are in harmony with the new weapons, game modes, and style of game play. Game mode additions for this expansion offer one new type: Air Superiority and a returning classic mode, capture the flag.
