01Overview
Devil May Cry 5 is a stylish action game developed by Capcom and set several years after Devil May Cry 4. The story follows Nero, Dante and the mysterious V as they battle a demonic invasion centered on Red Grave City. Each playable character has a distinct combat style. Nero combines sword attacks, firearms and interchangeable Devil Breaker arms, while Dante switches between multiple weapons and fighting styles. V fights more indirectly by commanding demonic familiars to attack enemies for him. Combat rewards speed, variety and precision, with higher style ranks earned by chaining different attacks without taking damage. The campaign moves between all three characters as their stories converge, leading to increasingly difficult fights against demons and large-scale bosses.
