Dying Light: The Beast Restored Land is the enhanced version of Dying Light: The Beast, combining the base game with previously released updates and the Restored Land experience. Players return as Kyle Crane, who escapes years of experimentation and struggles with abilities that blur the line between human and infected. Set in the open world of Castor Woods, the game combines first-person parkour, melee and ranged combat, exploration, scavenging, and driving. Daytime provides safer opportunities to gather resources and explore, while more dangerous infected emerge after dark. Crane can also unleash Beast powers that provide greater strength during combat. Restored Land introduces an optional survival-focused way to play where killed infected remain dead, cleared locations stay secure, and looted resources do not respawn. Supplies become more limited, hunger and flashlight batteries require management, and an optional One Life setting adds permadeath. The package also includes Legend Levels, New Game+, Nightmare Mode, expanded finishers, parkour improvements, and additional encounters. The standard adventure supports co-op for up to four players, while Restored Land itself is designed as a solo experience.
