01Overview
F1 24 is the official video game of the 2024 FIA Formula One World Championship. Players race the cars and drivers of the 2024 season across the championship calendar, with adjustable assists, difficulty settings, race lengths, and car setups supporting different levels of driving experience. The EA SPORTS Dynamic Handling system updates suspension behavior, tyre physics, aerodynamics, and power unit management, changing how cars respond to weight transfer, track conditions, setup choices, and driving style. Career mode received its first major overhaul since 2016 and lets players compete as a current F1 driver, an F2 driver, an established Icon, or a custom character. Driver Recognition tracks performance and affects contracts, team standing, and car development, while R&D upgrades and Accolades provide longer-term progression. Two-Player Career allows two players to compete through the same career structure, and Challenge Career offers shorter scenarios built around specific drivers and teams. Outside Career, F1 24 also supports individual races, time-based competition, and online multiplayer through its broader racing modes.
