Assassin's Creed Rogue

Assassin's Creed Rogue is an action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Sofia and set between Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Assassin's Creed III. Players control Shay Cormac, an Assassin who becomes disillusioned with the Brotherhood and eventually joins the Templars. Gameplay combines stealth, melee combat, exploration and naval warfare. Shay commands the Morrigan, a ship that can be upgraded for battles across the North Atlantic, while new weapons such as the air rifle provide additional options during missions. Because Shay hunts former Assassins, familiar series mechanics are reversed in several ways. Enemy Assassins can ambush the player from hiding, forcing greater awareness during exploration. The story also connects directly to Assassin's Creed Unity and shows the colonial conflict from the Templar perspective.
