Eve Online

EVE Online is a space-based MMORPG developed by CCP Games and set in the vast universe of New Eden. Players pilot customizable ships and choose their own path through activities such as combat, exploration, mining, trading and industrial production. The game is built around a largely player-driven economy, with ships, weapons and resources bought and sold through regional markets. Corporations and alliances can control territory, manage infrastructure and fight large-scale wars involving thousands of players. Progression is based on training skills over time rather than following a fixed class system, allowing characters to specialize in different ships and professions. High-security, low-security and lawless regions offer different levels of risk, making travel, trade and combat increasingly dangerous as players move deeper into space.
