Fable II

Fable II is an open-world action RPG developed by Lionhead Studios and set in the fantasy world of Albion. Players control a silent hero tasked with gathering three other Heroes and stopping Lord Lucien from completing his plans for the Spire. Combat combines melee weapons, firearms and magic, while experience earned in battle can be used to develop different abilities. Outside combat, players can buy property, take jobs, build relationships, marry and raise children. Choices continue to shape the hero’s morality, appearance and reputation, with NPCs reacting differently depending on past actions. A canine companion follows the player throughout the adventure, helping uncover treasure and alerting them to nearby dangers. The world also changes over time based on major decisions made during the story.
