Halo: Reach

Halo: Reach is a first-person shooter developed by Bungie and a prequel to Halo: Combat Evolved. Set in 2552, the story follows Noble Six and the rest of Noble Team as they defend the human colony of Reach from a large-scale Covenant invasion. The campaign can be played solo or cooperatively, combining infantry combat, vehicle sections and occasional space battles. Armor abilities such as Sprint, Jet Pack and Armor Lock replace the single-use equipment found in earlier Halo games, giving players more flexibility during combat. Multiplayer includes competitive modes, Firefight survival matches and Forge World, a large editing space used to create custom maps and game types. The campaign focuses heavily on Noble Team’s increasingly desperate defense of Reach as the Covenant assault intensifies.
