Metaphor: ReFantazio

Metaphor: ReFantazio is a fantasy RPG developed by Studio Zero and published by Atlus. Players take control of a young protagonist who enters a royal tournament after the assassination of the king throws the United Kingdom of Euchronia into political turmoil. The game combines turn-based combat with real-time attacks against weaker enemies, allowing battles to shift between exploration and traditional RPG encounters. Characters can unlock Archetypes, powerful combat roles that function similarly to classes and can be customized across the party. Outside combat, players travel between towns, complete quests and build relationships with companions and other characters. Time management plays an important role, with limited days available to explore, strengthen bonds and prepare for major events as the election for the next ruler approaches.
