The Witcher IV

The Witcher IV is an upcoming single-player open-world RPG developed by CD PROJEKT RED and the beginning of a new saga in The Witcher series. This time, Ciri takes the lead as a professional monster slayer travelling through a brutal dark-fantasy world. The game will follow Ciri as she takes on witcher contracts, hunts dangerous creatures and encounters communities facing their own conflicts and traditions. The first revealed contract shows her investigating a remote village where a monster demands ritual sacrifices. CD PROJEKT RED is developing the game with Unreal Engine 5 and has confirmed that the adventure will include the northern region of Kovir. A release date has not yet been announced.
