01Overview

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a first-person, single-player adventure set between the events of Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade. Players take the role of Indiana Jones in 1937 as he investigates the theft of an artifact from Marshall College and uncovers a conspiracy connected to ancient sites forming a mysterious circle around the globe. The journey takes Indy to locations including the Vatican, Egypt, and the Himalayas, combining cinematic story sequences with exploration, archaeology, puzzles, stealth, and combat. Indy’s whip is central to both traversal and encounters. It can be used to swing across gaps, climb, pull objects, disarm enemies, and create openings during fights. Combat also includes punches, improvised weapons, firearms, and stealth takedowns, with many situations offering more than one approach. Larger areas contain optional mysteries, hidden passages, collectibles, and side activities away from the main objective. Adventure Points earned through exploration and discoveries can unlock new abilities, while Indy’s camera helps document clues and uncover additional information about the places he visits.
