Apex Legends Season 30: Marked is out now

August 5, 2026·2 min read
Apex Legends Season 30 is now available with a major Bloodhound rework, changes to World’s Edge and a new attachment system. Marked launched on August 4 with weapon updates, Legend balancing and server improvements.

The season does not add a new Legend. Instead, Respawn has rebuilt Bloodhound’s abilities and given Loba and Rampart several upgrades.

Bloodhound Gets A New Ultimate

Bloodhound’s Beast of the Hunt Ultimate has been replaced by Allfather’s Cloak. The ability creates an area that makes every Legend inside invisible, including enemies.

Players leaving the device gain faster movement and threat vision for 12 seconds. The effect ends early if they take damage, fire a weapon or use most abilities.

Bloodhound can also see glowing trails leading towards recent enemy clues. Their Tactical scan now tracks opponents for longer and creates extra snapshots after the first scan.

World’s Edge Receives Major Changes

Season 30 adds three areas to World’s Edge called East Village, War Camp and Tree Settlement. The map also has a darker appearance, with old-god designs and an aurora across the sky.

Sorting Factory and the construction stacks at Fragment have returned. Big Maude has moved to Landslide, while other locations received new buildings, tunnels, ziplines and extra cover. World’s Edge remains in rotation alongside Storm Point and E-District.

Corrupted Attachments Change Weapons

Marked introduces five Corrupted Attachments that provide a useful bonus and a drawback. One gives weapons a larger magazine but makes reloading slower, while another increases headshot damage but makes hip-fire less accurate.

Weapons can only use one Corrupted Attachment at a time. Players can find them as rare ground loot, in later Care Packages and at high-level loot locations. Energy weapons now carry a limited supply of ammo that slowly regenerates when they are not being fired or reloaded.

Loba And Rampart Receive Buffs

Loba can throw her bracelet farther and reach destinations more quickly. Her Black Market also recharges sooner.

Rampart’s walls deploy faster and have more health at lower EVO levels. Rampart can also move faster while firing Sheila.

Valkyrie and Axle received nerfs, while the 30-30 Repeater entered the Care Package and the G7 Scout returned to ground loot. Apex Legends: Marked is available across PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch 2. Support for the original Nintendo Switch ended with the season’s launch.
