Astrae Oratio PC Version Announced, Mobile Launch Set for 2027
Astrae Oratio is coming to PC, with NCSOFT and Dynamis One confirming the new version alongside the fantasy RPG's Tokyo Game Show 2026 appearance.
The game will launch first on iOS and Android in 2027, with the PC version following afterward. No release window has been announced for PC. NCSOFT has also released a new Prologue Digest trailer as Astrae Oratio makes its first public playable appearance at TGS.
TGS players can choose between story and combat

Astrae Oratio's Tokyo Game Show demo is split into separate scenario and combat experiences, with attendees choosing which side of the game they want to try. The event marks the first time NCSOFT has made a playable build publicly available.
The scenario content introduces the Prologue and Minato Arc storyline, while the combat-focused content teaches the game's basic battle mechanics. NCSOFT is also holding screenings covering the Prologue at its booth, with the newly released Prologue Digest video giving players outside the event another look at the opening narrative.
Game director Jong-gyu Lim said the team wants Astrae Oratio's story, art, and combat to work together as a single experience rather than feeling like separate parts of the game.
Astrae Oratio mixes magic with government work

Developed by Dynamis One, Astrae Oratio is a Shindenki magic RPG built around an alternate version of Tokyo where magic exists alongside everyday life. Earlier promotional material established 1989 Tokyo, magic, administration, and duels as central parts of its setting.
Players take the role of Shunin, an ordinary public official assigned to the Special District Office. The organization handles administrative matters involving magicians, pulling Shunin into incidents connected to Tokyo's hidden magical world.
The combination of government work and magic has been part of Astrae Oratio's identity since its reveal, while subsequent footage has gradually shown more of its story presentation and battles. NCSOFT first showed in-game combat scenes and scenario sequences in June.
More testing is planned after Tokyo Game Show
NCSOFT plans to use feedback from the TGS build as development continues. The company also intends to hold a global closed beta later in 2026, expanding access beyond the first public demo.
The game is also being designed for continued expansion after launch. Lim said NCSOFT and Dynamis One plan to build on the experience through live-service updates, including additional stories and characters.
