Spyro: A Realm Beyond is a new action-adventure from Toys For Bob that sends Spyro into a strange and unfamiliar realm. When he finds himself stranded, his search for a way home is interrupted by the arrival of a vicious invading force known as the Scavs. Spyro must make new allies and protect the realm before the invaders change it forever. Exploration remains central, with colorful environments, hidden areas, characters, activities, and treasures encouraging players to search beyond the main path. The biggest change is full dragon flight. Unlike earlier games, where Spyro primarily glided between platforms and flew freely only in specific challenges, A Realm Beyond lets him take to the air as part of his regular movement. Players can soar above landscapes, weave between treetops, dive from large landmarks, climb through the air, and chain tight turns together while exploring. Ground movement and charging remain part of traversal, allowing players to move between running and flying as they navigate a world designed around Spyro’s expanded mobility.
