Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike is a 2D fighting game developed by Capcom and the final version of Street Fighter III. It expands the roster with new fighters including Makoto, Q, Remy, Twelve and returning series veteran Chun-Li. Matches revolve around precise movement, timing and the Parry system, which lets players deflect attacks with exact directional inputs instead of simply blocking. This creates opportunities to counter immediately and rewards aggressive defensive play at higher skill levels. Each character has distinct normal attacks, special moves and selectable Super Arts that shape their strategy.
