Team Fortress 2 is a free-to-play team-based first-person shooter built around nine distinct classes, each with its own weapons, abilities, and battlefield role. Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper, and Spy support different approaches to offense, defense, mobility, support, and disruption. Matches revolve around team objectives rather than individual eliminations, with modes including Capture the Flag, Control Points, Payload, Payload Race, and King of the Hill. Players can switch classes during a match to respond to the opposing team or fill gaps in their own team’s composition. Each class has alternative weapons that modify its standard loadout and can change how particular abilities or strategies work. Cosmetic items such as hats and character accessories provide additional customization without replacing the class-based structure. Mann vs. Machine offers a separate cooperative mode where up to six players defend against waves of AI-controlled robots attempting to deliver a bomb. Community servers and custom maps provide additional rules and experiences outside Valve’s standard matchmaking, while training options help new players learn basic class mechanics.

The Orange Box is a bundle that includes five titles from Valve: Half-Life 2; Half-Life 2:Episode 1; Half-Life 2: Episode Two; Team Fortress 2, the sequel to the game that put class-based, multiplayer team warfare on the map; and Portal, the game that blends puzzles, first person action, and adventure gaming to produce an experience like no other.

The complete pack of all video games released by Valve.
