01Overview

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is an action RPG developed by Monolith Soft. The story follows Noah and Mio, soldiers from the rival nations of Keves and Agnus who become fugitives after discovering a mystery that challenges everything they know about their world. Players explore large open regions with a party of six main characters, taking on quests, fighting monsters and uncovering new areas. Combat happens in real time, with characters using class-based abilities, positional attacks and coordinated techniques. Party members can switch between different combat classes, allowing roles and abilities to be customized throughout the game. Certain character pairs can also fuse into powerful Ouroboros forms during battle. The story centers on war, mortality and the value of life as the group searches for a way to break the cycle controlling their world.
