01Overview
Dishonored 2 is a first-person action game developed by Arkane Studios and a sequel to Dishonored. Players can control either Corvo Attano or Emily Kaldwin after a coup forces them out of Dunwall and sends them to the coastal city of Karnaca. Missions can be approached through stealth, direct combat or a combination of both. Each character has a different set of supernatural abilities, while weapons, gadgets and environmental routes provide multiple ways to reach objectives and eliminate or avoid enemies. Levels are built around open-ended spaces with hidden paths, vertical traversal and optional objectives. Player choices influence the amount of chaos in the world, affecting characters, environments and the ending, while non-lethal solutions allow most targets to be dealt with without killing them.
