Anno 117: Pax Romana

Anno 117: Pax Romana is a city-building and strategy game developed by Ubisoft Mainz and set during the height of the Roman Empire. Players take the role of a governor in 117 AD and shape the development of their provinces through trade, construction, politics and military power. Gameplay revolves around building settlements, managing production chains and keeping different population groups supplied with the goods and services they need. Players can expand through diplomacy and economic influence or rely more heavily on conquest. The campaign includes provinces such as Latium and the Celtic lands of Albion, each with different resources, cultures and challenges. Decisions about religion, taxation and local traditions influence how settlements develop, giving players multiple ways to govern within the Roman Empire.
