Cities: Skylines is a city-building simulation game developed by Colossal Order. Players design and manage a growing city, handling everything from zoning and road layouts to public services, utilities and taxation. Expansion is driven by population growth, with new buildings, policies and services unlocking as the city reaches larger milestones. Traffic management plays a major role, requiring careful road planning and public transport networks to keep people and goods moving efficiently.
