Factorio

Factorio is a factory-building and automation game developed by Wube Software. Players begin with basic tools and gradually build an industrial network capable of mining resources, processing materials and producing increasingly complex technology. Progression revolves around designing efficient production lines using conveyor belts, machines, inserters, trains and other automated systems. Research unlocks new technologies that expand what the factory can produce and how quickly resources can move through it. As the factory grows, pollution attracts hostile creatures that attack nearby infrastructure, forcing players to balance expansion with defense. The game can be played alone or in multiplayer, with large factories eventually becoming complex logistics systems built around optimization, resource management and continuous automation.
