01Overview
League of Legends: Wild Rift is a mobile 5v5 MOBA built around the same core objective as League of Legends on PC. Two teams choose champions with distinct abilities and work to destroy the opposing Nexus. Players fight across three lanes and the jungle, earning gold and experience by defeating minions, enemy champions, and neutral monsters. Gold is spent on items that strengthen a champion during the match, while leveling unlocks and improves abilities. Teams also compete for objectives such as Dragons and Baron Nashor, which provide powerful advantages and can help turn the course of a match. Wild Rift uses controls and a streamlined map designed specifically for mobile play, resulting in shorter matches than its PC counterpart. Players generally fill one of five positions: Solo, Jungle, Mid, Duo, or Support, with team composition and coordination shaping how each match develops. Ranked play provides a competitive ladder, while normal PvP supports casual matches. ARAM offers a separate 5v5 mode on a single lane where players receive randomly assigned champions and fight in frequent team battles.
