2 Licensed Xbox Games May Be Getting Delisted In July 2026

July 6, 2026·3 min read
Funko Fusion and Star Trek: Legends are still available on Xbox, but players are paying more attention to them this July.  Neither one has an official Xbox delisting notice yet. The concern comes from two different signs: Funko Fusion has dropped to a very low sale price, while Star Trek: Legends has already been removed from other console stores.

For now, Xbox players have nothing to worry about. It does mean anyone who already wanted either game may not want to ignore the current listings.

Funko Fusion is being watched because of its sale

Funko Fusion has been heavily discounted on Xbox, and that kind of sale always gets attention when a licensed game is involved.

A deep discount does not always mean a game will be delisted. Games go on sale all the time. The reason players are being careful is that Funko Fusion depends on many licensed brands, characters, and worlds from movies and TV.

When a game is built around that many rights, its store future can be harder to predict. That is why the current price cut has made some players wonder if this is a final push before a possible removal.

Star Trek: Legends Has Already Been Removed from Other Platforms

Star Trek: Legends has stronger signs that players should pay attention to. The game has reportedly been removed from the PlayStation Store and Nintendo Switch eShop, while the Xbox version is still available.

There can be many reasons for this. Sometimes one platform changes first, and others follow later. Sometimes the removal stays limited to certain stores.

For Xbox players, the problem is not knowing which one this is. Until there is an official update, the safest assumption is that the Xbox listing is worth keeping an eye on.

Existing owners should usually keep access

If either game leaves the Xbox Store, the main change would likely affect new buyers. Players who already own a delisted digital game can usually still download it from their library.

That is why the decision is most important for people who have been waiting. Once a licensed game is removed, buying it later can become difficult unless a physical version is available.

Funko Fusion may be easier to track down physically if the digital version ever goes away. Star Trek: Legends is more tied to its digital listing, which makes its Xbox status more important.

Licensed games can vanish quickly

Licensed games often seem normal until they are suddenly removed.  A rights deal changes, a publisher makes a store decision, or a platform listing quietly disappears.

That is what makes Funko Fusion and Star Trek: Legends worth watching now. Both are still on Xbox, and neither removal has been confirmed for the platform.

For players who already planned to buy one of them, July may be the time to decide. Waiting could be fine, but with licensed games, the safer move is usually buying while the option is still there.
