Team Falcons swept Spacestation Gaming 4-0 in Fort Worth to claim their first RLCS World Championship.

Team Falcons defeated Spacestation Gaming 4-0 to win the 2026 Rocket League World Championship in Fort Worth, Texas. The victory gives Falcons their first RLCS world title and makes them the first team representing the Middle East and North Africa region to win the 3v3 World Championship.

Falcons won the September 20 grand final 3-2, 2-1, 3-2, and 2-1 at Dickies Arena. Yazeed “Kiileerrz” Bakhashwin was named tournament MVP after helping the team complete a lower-bracket run to the trophy.

Three of the four games were decided by a single goal, but Falcons came out on top each time. They opened the series with a 3-2 win on Mannfield before taking Forbidden Temple 2-1 to build a 2-0 lead.

The third game on Futura Garden required overtime, with Falcons scoring after one minute and 34 seconds to win 3-2. They completed the sweep on Utopia Coliseum with another 2-1 victory.

A lower-bracket run ends with the trophy

Falcons did not take a direct route to the final. After reaching the group stage through the Play-In, a loss to Karmine Corp pushed them into the lower side of the playoff bracket.

They responded by beating FURIA 4-1, Shopify Rebellion 4-1, and defending world champion NRG 4-1. Falcons then got revenge on Karmine Corp with a 4-2 lower-semifinal win to reach the grand final.

The championship followed an uneven RLCS season that included two Regional Open victories and a top-four finish at the Boston Major. Falcons later recovered from missing the Paris Major by winning the Rocket League tournament at the 2026 Esports World Cup.

Spacestation also reached the final through the lower bracket. João “diaz” Henrique, Jack “reveal” LeDuc, and Zachary “zach” Stone eliminated Twisted Minds, Gentle Mates, Virtus.pro, and FUT Esports on their way to the title match.

The final was also a rematch of the Esports World Cup championship series, which Falcons won 4-0 in August. Spacestation again reached the final of a major international event but could not find a way past Falcons.

Spacestation earned $153,000 as runner-up from the $1.2 million prize pool. Falcons took home $300,000 for winning the World Championship.
