World of Warcraft Patch 12.1.5 adds more than 200 housing decor items
October 29, 2026·3 min read
WoW Patch 12.1.5 introduces over 200 housing decorations, cheaper crafting costs, Blueprint improvements and new rewards from Midnight activities.
World of Warcraft players have more ways to furnish their homes following Patch 12.1.5, with more than 200 new decor pieces appearing across current activities, older expansion content, vendors and professions.
The housing additions accompany Midnight’s wider mid-season update, which introduced the Labyrinth of Kindo’jan, Aqir Invasions and The Unbinding of Kith’ix. Blizzard has also made several quality-of-life changes intended to make collecting, organizing and placing decorations easier for players building larger homes.
New activities contain additional housing rewards

Several decorations are connected directly to Patch 12.1.5 activities. Aqir Invasions include insect-themed pieces such as brood eggs and an Aqir Hunter’s Trophy, while the Labyrinth of Kindo’jan offers Amani-themed rewards including an Ancient Amani Mural, Brown Amani Tapestry and Ruined Amani Ritual Urn.
The Unbinding of Kith’ix also includes a housing reward in the form of Kith’ix’s Seal. Other additions include plushies obtained through crafting, Amani decorations purchased with Undercoins and items linked to older content from Warlords of Draenor, Legion, Battle for Azeroth and Shadowlands.
Not every item discovered through Patch 12.1.5 data currently has a known source. Some decorations still lack confirmed acquisition methods, meaning part of the 200-plus collection may become obtainable through later activities, vendors or limited-time events.
Older crafted decor is now cheaper

Blizzard has reduced the crafting cost of all profession-made housing decorations introduced before Midnight. The change should make older furniture and decorative sets easier to produce, particularly for players filling larger homes, recreating themed rooms or experimenting with multiple layouts.
Housing Blueprints received several improvements as well. Connected stairwell rooms now export together, Blueprint menus provide clearer information about dyes, and players can access their Blueprint Collection directly through controls inside their home.
Floorplan editing has gained dedicated keybinds for moving between floors, making multi-level builds easier to navigate. Public Neighborhoods should also no longer receive the same Endeavor twice in succession, addressing another smaller issue with the housing system.
Blizzard is already planning more housing features
Patch 12.1.5 is not the end of Blizzard’s housing expansion. The upcoming Midnight: Eclipse update will introduce Housing Showcase, allowing players to submit snapshots of their homes and browse selected creations from other players.
Mannequins will let players display unlocked armor and weapon appearances, while copy-paste and multi-select tools are intended to make complicated layouts easier to build. Players who already own a decoration will also be able to purchase additional copies directly from inside their home instead of returning to its original vendor.
Eclipse will add four additional Housing Endeavors, including one themed around the Stormriders of the Isle of Dorn. Together with the 200-plus decorations added in Patch 12.1.5, those features show Blizzard continuing to expand housing beyond simple furniture collection into a broader system built around customization, sharing and long-term collecting. For players who treat housing as an endgame activity, the update also gives older expansion rewards and crafted items renewed value.
