Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is a first-person shooter developed by Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games, continuing directly from the events of Modern Warfare 2. The campaign follows Task Force 141 and allied forces as the conflict with Vladimir Makarov expands into a global war. Missions take place across cities including New York, London, Paris and Berlin, combining infantry combat with vehicle sequences, large set pieces and covert operations. The story brings several major characters from the earlier Modern Warfare games back for the trilogy’s conclusion. Multiplayer includes familiar competitive modes, killstreak rewards and extensive weapon progression. The game also introduces Survival mode within Special Ops, where one or two players fight increasingly difficult waves of enemies while purchasing weapons, equipment and support between rounds.
