CS2 streamer k0lixx wins a clutch round after stepping away from his computer to serve customers at a Russian parcel pickup point.

Russian Twitch streamer k0lixx has gone viral after winning a Counter-Strike 2 round while serving customers at a parcel pickup point. The streamer regularly broadcasts from his workplace, switching between competitive matches and handing over customer orders.

A clip shared on Reddit on October 14, 2026, shows him stepping away from his computer during a match to help a customer. Despite leaving his character unattended, he returns in time to eliminate two opponents and secure the round.

In the widely shared clip, k0lixx eliminates an opponent before moving his character to a safer position and leaving his computer. He then retrieves an order for a customer while the round continues.

After completing the handover, he returns to his keyboard and quickly takes down two remaining opponents to win the round. He celebrates the unexpected victory by standing up and dancing.

The moment attracted attention because he managed to complete a customer order without losing the round, despite being away from the game during a crucial situation.

Unlike streamers who broadcast from dedicated gaming setups, k0lixx plays Counter-Strike 2 while working at a parcel pickup location in Russia.

His stream features an overhead camera showing the service counter and storage area alongside his gameplay. Viewers can watch him retrieve parcels, interact with customers and return to his computer whenever he has an opportunity to play.

The streamer also jokes about his unusual arrangement in his Twitch stream titles. One translates to him being better at handing out orders than playing Counter-Strike.

Other clips show more kills between customer orders

The viral round is not an isolated example. Dexerto also highlighted other Twitch clips showing k0lixx securing kills between customer orders.

In one recording, he notices an opponent while gathering items for a customer and briefly returns to secure a kill. He then resumes helping the customer before rushing back to his computer after hearing activity through his headset, eliminating another two opponents.

Another clip shows him speaking with a customer before returning to land the final kill of a round.

The footage has drawn an enthusiastic response on Reddit's LivestreamFail community. Viewers praised the unusual streaming setup, with one commenter joking that someone should contact his manager to compliment his work. Others called for him to receive a promotion.

The attention has centered on the unusual combination of customer service and competitive gameplay, particularly his ability to win rounds despite repeatedly stepping away from his computer.
