CyberLeek-linked wallets move $270,000 as another memecoin appears

The crypto campaign attached to the recent Grand Theft Auto VI leaks may not be finished. Wallets linked to the original CYBERLEEK token operation moved roughly $270,000 worth of proceeds on August 27, but another memecoin using the CyberLeek name has since appeared.

The transfers initially suggested the operation could be winding down as new GTA 6 leaks stopped appearing. The new token complicates that picture, although there is no independent proof that it was launched by the same person or group responsible for the leaked footage.

CyberLeek repeatedly promoted the original CYBERLEEK Solana token alongside unreleased GTA 6 footage. Some posts tied future leaks to trading activity and market-cap milestones, turning the footage into promotion for a speculative token.

GTAForums researcher Vice Cit later traced roughly $270,000 generated through the operation being moved across several wallets. The proceeds were linked largely to fees collected as traders bought and sold CYBERLEEK rather than to a large direct token sale.

Independent researcher xorextrace also published on-chain analysis tracing around 3,210 SOL leaving wallets associated with the operation. Some transfers eventually reached addresses labelled as KuCoin and CCE.Cash deposits.

Calling the movements a full cash-out goes beyond what the blockchain data can confirm. Public transactions can show crypto moving between addresses, but they do not establish that every asset was converted into conventional currency or who ultimately controlled the receiving accounts.

Vice Cit estimated that setting up the token, website, and related infrastructure cost around $29,000. If the reported $270,000 represented the final proceeds, that would leave roughly $241,000 after those estimated costs, although the calculation depends on the wallet attribution being correct.

The timing drew attention because the transfers came as CyberLeek's leak activity slowed. The last major release included more than four minutes from Lucia's apparent prologue before Rockstar published its own Extended Look on August 27.

A new memecoin using CyberLeek branding appeared after a countdown promoted through a CyberLeek website. The launch was presented as another Pump.fun token without a presale and included a warning that it carried no intrinsic value or expectation of financial return.

A Telegram channel operating under the CyberLeek name has also told followers that another coin is planned for people who missed the previous launch. It referenced the earlier token reaching roughly a $25 million market capitalization and said a launch date would be announced later.

Those posts do not establish that the new token is controlled by whoever obtained the GTA 6 material. Copycat accounts and same-name tokens have appeared throughout the campaign, making attribution difficult.

No fresh CyberLeek gameplay release has followed the wallet movements so far. Rockstar has since released its Extended Look at GTA 6, while Take-Two continues efforts to identify people connected to the unauthorized distribution of the game.

The new memecoin confirms that the CyberLeek name is still being used for crypto promotion. It does not confirm that the original leaker has returned.
