GTA 6 Releases New Jason and Lucia Artwork

Rockstar has released new official Grand Theft Auto VI artwork, giving fans another look at Jason and Lucia as the game gets more attention. The image shows the pair leaving a Xero gas station at sunset. Both are covering their faces, while Lucia carries a handgun and a dark muscle car waits behind them.
The artwork does not show a new character or location. It highlights the side of GTA 6 that Rockstar has focused on from the start. Jason and Lucia are partners in crime, and the image puts that relationship back at the centre before the next major presentation on August 27.
The image is officially titled "Jason and Lucia Robbery" and shows a simple scene. Lucia is masked and armed, while Jason is pulling a bandana over his face as they leave the gas station. It looks more like a quick store robbery than one of the big heists the series is known for.
This smaller crime fits how Rockstar has shown the pair so far. Jason and Lucia have been shown as people trying to survive together before getting involved in a much bigger story across Leonida. Starting with small robberies gives their partnership a simple start before the story moves to bigger problems.
The artwork also keeps the warm Vice City style seen in the game's trailers. Palm trees, bright signs, pink skies, and a roadside business sit behind two armed characters trying to escape. That contrast between sunny surroundings and messy crime continues to give GTA 6 a clear visual identity.
Fans quickly noticed that the dark muscle car behind Jason and Lucia appears to match the vehicle used during the robbery sequence in Trailer 1. The license plate also looks the same, making the connection hard to ignore even though Rockstar has not explained where this scene fits.
These details do not prove that the artwork shows the exact same mission. Promotional art often reuses familiar cars, clothing, and locations without copying one scene directly. A safer way to read it is that Rockstar is returning to the robbery that first introduced Jason and Lucia as a criminal pair.
Trailer 1 ended with the two leaving a store after a robbery. This helped set the tone before Rockstar shared much about the two characters. The new image brings that idea back without adding another face or side story, keeping attention on how the two leads work together.
Rockstar has confirmed Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look for August 27, and that presentation should offer far more than a single image can. The company has not called it Trailer 3, so players should avoid assuming the format, length, or exact focus before Rockstar shows it.
The timing suggests Rockstar may increase its marketing before the November 19 release. The game will launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. After long gaps between major updates, Rockstar now has new artwork and a scheduled presentation. This gives fans a better idea of what to expect before launch without making every small update seem like a big reveal.
The artwork keeps Jason and Lucia's criminal partnership in focus, but the next presentation is where the bigger questions should start getting answers. Players will watch how robberies work and how control switches between the two characters. They will also want to see more gameplay.
