Alleged Marvel Project Comet Trailer Leaks, Shows Four-Player Co-Op
An alleged trailer for Marvel’s unannounced Project Comet has leaked online, showing four-player co-op, explorable environments, superhero abilities, and real-time action RPG combat.
A trailer for an unannounced Marvel action RPG known as Project Comet has appeared online, offering the most substantial look yet at a game previously seen through leaked assets and short gameplay footage.
The video was uploaded to Bilibili on October 2 and shows Black Widow, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, and other Marvel characters in action. It also presents four-player co-op, explorable environments, distinct superhero abilities, and real-time combat as major parts of the game. Marvel Games and reported developer Scopely have not officially announced the project or confirmed that the footage is authentic.
The leaked trailer puts four Marvel heroes into the same squad

The footage gives a much clearer idea of how Project Comet may play than the material that circulated earlier this year. Characters move through large environments before fighting enemies using different attacks and abilities, with the trailer specifically promoting four-player co-op.
Wolverine, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, and Black Widow are all shown, with the footage moving between characters rather than focusing on a single protagonist. The trailer also promotes exploration, superhero-specific powers, and combat as central features.
That structure fits earlier leaks describing Project Comet as a team-based action RPG. Reports from June claimed players would collect Marvel heroes and villains and bring them into repeatable co-op missions, with comparisons drawn to games such as Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves. Those systems have still not been confirmed by Marvel or Scopely.
Project Comet was being tested on iOS and Android earlier this year

The project first became public in June when recruitment appeared for a closed test of an unannounced Marvel game. The testing account described it as being in early development for iOS and Android, while Marvel gaming reporter Miller Ross identified the project as a Scopely-developed Marvel action RPG under the Project Comet codename.
Additional material subsequently appeared online showing character models, interface elements, voice lines, and short gameplay clips. Earlier leaked characters included Captain America, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Elektra, Juggernaut, and Silver Samurai, although there is no official final roster and content from an early test may change before release.
The newly surfaced trailer is more significant because it presents those ideas together in what appears to be a prepared promotional video rather than another collection of isolated development assets.
Marvel still has not announced the game
Major details surrounding Project Comet remain unofficial. Marvel and Scopely have not announced its final name, release date, complete platform lineup, roster, progression systems, or monetization model.
The June test provides evidence that iOS and Android versions have been in development. A PC version has also been linked to the project through a Scopely job listing for an unannounced cross-platform free-to-play title, but the listing does not name Project Comet. There is no confirmed evidence of a console version, so speculation about PlayStation or Xbox should not be treated as part of the game's platform lineup.
The October footage therefore provides the clearest look yet at the unannounced Marvel project, but its four-player action and visible characters are still being seen through leaked material rather than a formal reveal from Marvel or Scopely.
