Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive Arrives on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 3
Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE arrives on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 3, bringing Sung Jinwoo's story, customizable combat and four-player co-op raids to consoles.
Netmarble has confirmed that Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive will launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 3, 2026. The action RPG, based on the popular Korean webtoon, is making its console debut nearly a year after its PC release in November 2025.
Developed by Netmarble Neo, the game follows Sung Jinwoo's journey from a low-ranking Hunter to the powerful Shadow Monarch. The console version will be available in Standard and Deluxe Editions, with four-player cooperative raids and a combat system built around customizable skills, weapons, and abilities.
Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive launches on November 3 with two editions

Netmarble announced that Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive will become available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S at 4 p.m. PST on November 3. The worldwide launch takes place simultaneously at 12 a.m. UTC on November 4.
The Standard Edition will cost $39.99, while the Deluxe Edition will be priced at $44.99. The higher-priced edition includes an exclusive Sung Jinwoo costume, a Cha Hae-In emoji set, and additional customization items. Both console storefronts are live ahead of release. PlayStation users can currently add the game to their wishlists.
The console launch follows the game's official PC release on November 24, 2025, through Steam and the Microsoft Store. Unlike the free-to-play Solo Leveling: Arise, Arise Overdrive is sold as a premium action RPG with its own progression systems.
Sung Jinwoo's story returns with new chapters and customizable combat

Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive adapts the original webtoon's storyline while introducing additional chapters created specifically for the game.
Players follow Sung Jinwoo as he develops from an E-Rank Hunter into the Ultimate Monarch of Shadows. The story combines familiar events with new scenarios, cinematic sequences, and battles against powerful enemies.
Combat focuses on combining weapons, skills, and special abilities. Players can dodge incoming attacks using Extreme Evasion and perform counterattacks through a timing-based parry system.
An extensive skill tree offers eight different job advancement paths, allowing players to develop their preferred combat style. Jinwoo's abilities also grow through the Monarch's Awakening system, which unlocks additional powers as the story progresses.
Weapon crafting provides another way to strengthen characters. Players can collect materials from defeated monsters and use them to create equipment, including recognizable weapons from the original webtoon.
The game also features Hunter recruitment, allowing players to assemble teams and prepare different character combinations for combat challenges.
Four-player co-op raids are included on PS5
Alongside its single-player campaign, Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive supports cooperative raids for up to four players. These encounters allow friends to work together against powerful Commanders. Players can participate as Sung Jinwoo or select other Hunters, combining their abilities to defeat challenging bosses.
The PlayStation Store confirms that the PS5 version supports up to four online players. However, PlayStation Plus is required to access online multiplayer. The subscription is not necessary for single-player gameplay, as the store lists online play as optional.
The console release brings the game's story campaign, character progression, and cooperative battles to PlayStation and Xbox players for the first time.
