Star Wars Zero Company fan mod adds a full endgame after the campaign
October 8, 2026·3 min read
The PC-only Aftermath mod keeps the Den open after the credits and expands squad, base and regional progression beyond the campaign.
A new fan-made mod is giving Star Wars Zero Company something the base game does not currently offer: a lengthy post-game campaign. Called Aftermath: The Lost Chapter, the mod keeps Zero Company active after the main story ends and adds hundreds of additional in-game rotations, new missions, bosses, equipment and progression.
The mod was created by Nexus Mods user Cafiso and is available only for the PC version. It is not an official Bit Reactor or Electronic Arts expansion, but it significantly extends what players can do after reaching the end of the campaign.
Aftermath keeps the Den open after the credits

In the base game, defeating Kundri Fathom brings the campaign to its conclusion. Players receive an epilogue conversation before the credits roll, with no full endgame structure waiting afterward.
Aftermath changes that by reopening the Den and keeping the squad together once the main story is complete. Players can continue completing missions and Operations instead of immediately starting another campaign.
The mod supports up to 1,000 additional rotations, which function as Zero Company's in-game days. Enemy strength continues to rise during that period, turning the post-game into a longer progression challenge rather than an endless version of the same missions.
New missions and bosses expand the post-game
The mod brings missions back into rotation with new post-war briefings and a higher difficulty level. It also introduces additional Operations and boss encounters, giving experienced squads more demanding objectives after finishing the main campaign.
Its story setup continues the conflict after the Infinite Coil's defeat. The organization has been weakened rather than completely erased, while Imperial remnants and other enemies begin creating new problems across the galaxy.
That allows the mod to treat the ending as the start of another phase for Zero Company. Players keep developing their existing squad while dealing with threats designed around characters who have already completed the campaign.
Character and base progression go much further

Aftermath also extends several progression systems that normally reach their limits during the story. The Den can be upgraded to level 15, while most Focus Trees continue as far as tier XI.
Bond levels can rise to +12, and regional Influence has been expanded to Tier 5. The mod adds more equipment to chase as well, giving players reasons to keep completing missions after their core squad builds are already established.
New recruits are another part of the package. That gives players additional options for changing their squad composition without having to begin a completely new save.
The mod is only available on PC
Aftermath requires the PC version of Star Wars Zero Company and must be installed manually through Nexus Mods. Its creator warns players not to install it before reaching the final mission because doing so can interfere with active skirmishes and campaign progression.
Console players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S currently have no equivalent endgame option. Bit Reactor has not announced an official post-game expansion or update that adds similar functionality.
Star Wars Zero Company launched on August 27 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Until an official endgame arrives, Aftermath gives PC players a way to keep Zero Company operating long after the main story is over.
