01Overview

Forza Horizon 6 is an open-world racing game set across Japan, featuring more than 550 real-world cars. Players begin as tourists and work toward qualifying for the Horizon Festival, earning Wristbands and progressing through increasingly faster classes on the way to becoming a Horizon Legend. The map combines rural landscapes and mountain roads with Tokyo City, the largest urban area in the series, including suburbs, downtown streets, docks, and industrial districts. Races, Touge Battles, exploration activities, and other challenges contribute to a Collection Journal that tracks progress and unlocks rewards. Players can purchase homes with customizable garages for displaying their car collections and eventually unlock the Valley Estate, an open area where structures and scenery can be placed freely. Cars can be tuned and visually customized with liveries, body kits, wheels, and other parts. Online play includes cooperative racing, Car Meets, Drag Meets, Time Attack Circuits, and familiar Horizon multiplayer modes. EventLab provides tools for creating custom events, while Horizon CoLab allows multiple players to build experiences together in real time.
