Heartsteel Returns With New Single Live My Life After Nearly Three Years

HEARTSTEEL is returning with its second single, nearly three years after the League of Legends virtual group debuted with PARANOIA.

Riot Games released Live My Life on September 18, marking the group's first new music since October 2023. BAEKHYUN returns as Ezreal, joined by Anderson .Paak as K'Sante, Connor Price as Sett, and Nic D as Kayn, while Jon Bellion wrote and produced the track.

Heartsteel debuted with Paranoia on October 23, 2023, introducing Riot's all-male virtual group through six League of Legends champions.

The song was followed by Heartsteel skins for all six members, along with a Prestige Heartsteel Yone skin. Since then, Riot has kept the group largely inactive musically, making Live My Life only its second single.

Heartsteel's return arrives as Riot prepares a wider music focus for League of Legends. In its September developer update, Riot said Season 3 Act 2 would place a special spotlight on music and teased a series of musical reveals.

The company did not initially identify every artist or project involved, but the Heartsteel announcement now forms part of that broader push.

The promotional artwork for "Live My Life" has prompted fan speculation about new Heartsteel cosmetics, while separate community discussion has focused on a possible K/DA return.

Riot has not announced new Heartsteel skins with the song, and the artwork should not be treated as confirmation that another cosmetic set is coming. The same applies to speculation around future K/DA skins.

For now, the confirmed development is Heartsteel's music comeback with Live My Life. Any additional League cosmetics tied to Riot's Season 3 Act 2 music plans remain unannounced.
