01Overview

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is a first-person shooter set during the early 1990s, following the political upheaval surrounding the end of the Cold War and the Gulf War. The single-player campaign follows a group of operatives forced to go rogue after discovering that a covert organization has infiltrated the CIA. Missions combine traditional firefights with stealth, infiltration, heists, dialogue choices, and larger action sequences. Black Ops 6 also introduces Omnimovement, allowing players to sprint, slide, and dive in any direction while maintaining greater control during combat. Competitive Multiplayer uses the same movement system across familiar modes such as Team Deathmatch, Domination, and Search and Destroy, with customizable loadouts, weapon progression, Scorestreaks, and the return of Classic Prestige. Round-Based Zombies provides a separate cooperative mode where teams fight increasingly difficult waves of undead, earn Essence, open new areas, purchase weapons and upgrades, and complete map-specific objectives and Easter eggs. Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies each provide distinct progression and challenges while sharing Black Ops 6’s weapons and core movement systems.
