Fortnite adds new Spider-Man, Hulk and Punisher skins

Fortnite is adding new Spider-Man, Hulk and Punisher outfits as part of a crossover with Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The cosmetics will arrive around the film’s theatrical release on July 31, 2026.

Epic Games and Sony revealed the crossover through a new trailer featuring Tom Holland. The video also confirms that Spider-Man’s Web Shooters will return for a limited gameplay event.

The latest Spider-Man outfit is based on Peter Parker’s appearance in Brand New Day. It uses the film’s red-and-blue costume, giving players another Tom Holland-inspired version of the character.

Fortnite already has several Spider-Man outfits based on comics, films and the Spider-Verse. The Brand New Day skin focuses on the character’s newest live-action design and will be sold through the Item Shop.

The Punisher is also joining Fortnite for the first time. His outfit is based on Jon Bernthal’s version of Frank Castle from the upcoming film and shows him wearing dark tactical equipment.

The character is a natural fit for Fortnite’s weapon-heavy gameplay. Epic has not yet confirmed whether his outfit will include extra styles, a back bling or other matching cosmetics.

Hulk also appears in the crossover material with a design connected to his Brand New Day appearance. In the trailer, Spider-Man and Punisher fight the character in the streets, matching the conflict shown in the film’s marketing.

Fortnite already has other Hulk cosmetics, but this version uses the character’s updated movie design. Full Item Shop details, including whether all three outfits will share one bundle, have not been announced.

Spider-Man’s Web Shooters will return during a special Power Hour on July 31. The item lets players swing across the map and quickly move between buildings, trees and other structures.

Epic has not confirmed whether the Web Shooters will remain available after the Power Hour ends. Their return is currently tied to the Brand New Day event rather than a permanent Battle Royale update.

Epic Games has not shared prices for the Spider-Man, Hulk or Punisher outfits. Bundle details, pickaxes, emotes and other possible accessories are also still unknown.

More information should appear when the cosmetics enter the Item Shop. Spider-Man: Brand New Day opens in theatres on July 31, the same day as the Web Shooter event.
