Fortnite’s One Piece teaser appears to reveal Luffy and Ace skins

Fortnite players have received their first apparent look at the characters coming with the game’s One Piece crossover, with One Piece-style wanted posters spotted in London showing Monkey D. Luffy and Portgas D. Ace alongside redesigned versions of Jonesy and Hope.

Epic Games officially confirmed the One Piece collaboration on October 24 with a short teaser featuring the Going Merry and joint Fortnite and One Piece branding. The crossover is tied to the upcoming Treasure Hunters mini-season, which begins on November 1.

The latest images come from wanted posters photographed around London’s Soho district. They use the familiar One Piece bounty-poster format and feature Luffy, Ace, Jonesy and Hope, with the two Fortnite originals redesigned in an anime-inspired style.

Luffy and Ace would be the first confirmed characters from Eiichiro Oda’s series to receive Fortnite outfits if the posters are part of Epic’s official marketing campaign. The images have circulated widely online, but Epic has not yet separately announced the individual skins through its own news pages.

That distinction also makes Battle Pass placement less certain. The posters strongly point toward the four characters being important to Treasure Hunters, but Epic has not published the full Battle Pass lineup or confirmed whether every outfit shown will be unlocked there rather than sold separately.

Epic’s first teaser was considerably more restrained. The seven-second video showed a pirate ship emerging through fog before displaying the Fortnite and One Piece logos, finally confirming a crossover that had been rumored for months.

The ship resembles the Going Merry, the Straw Hat Pirates’ first major vessel in One Piece. Its appearance connects the collaboration directly to Luffy’s crew, although Epic did not name any characters, outfits, weapons or other gameplay additions in the teaser itself.

Treasure Hunters is scheduled to begin on November 1 and will follow the current Chapter 7 season. Epic has positioned the mini-season around pirates and treasure, giving the One Piece collaboration a natural place within its wider theme.

The London posters may not represent the full scope of the crossover. Other imagery has led to speculation about additional Straw Hat members, including Usopp, although Epic has not confirmed further characters.

Fortnite collaborations frequently divide cosmetics between Battle Pass rewards, Item Shop releases and later additions, so Luffy and Ace may only represent the first wave. Details about alternate styles, accessories, emotes and possible One Piece-themed gameplay items also remain unannounced.

With Treasure Hunters starting on November 1, Epic has only a few days left to reveal its complete lineup. For now, the crossover itself is official, while the London wanted posters provide the clearest early look at Luffy and Ace before Epic formally details how players will obtain them.
