Warhorse Studios Reveals New Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 LEGO-Style Figures

June 29, 2026·3 min read
Henry of Skalitz and Hans Capon have spent enough time getting into trouble across Bohemia. Now they can do it on your desk.

Warhorse Studios has shown off new Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 brick figures from Brickperium, turning the game’s two best-known companions into tiny armored collectibles. The figures are officially licensed by Warhorse, but they are not official LEGO sets.

Henry and Hans make perfect sense

If Warhorse was going to turn anyone from Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 into brick figures, Henry and Hans were the easy picks. Their friendship carries much of the game’s charm, from awkward loyalty to noble arrogance to the kind of bad decisions that somehow turn into a journey.

That is why this reveal works better than a random mascot item. Fans know these two as a pair. Henry brings the grounded, beaten-up blacksmith energy, while Hans brings the noble troublemaker side that keeps the story moving.

The figures lean into that contrast without needing a big explanation. Put them together, and the joke is already there.

The details are built for fans

Henry’s figure comes with armor, a chainmail collar, Sir Radzig’s sword, a bascinet helmet, sleeves, and a custom printed body. Hans gets a noble cuirass, a Lords of Leipa shield, a broadsword, a visor bascinet, sleeves, and a red floral cape.

Those accessories are important because Kingdom Come has always cared about gear. Armor is not just decoration in these games. It tells players where someone belongs, how dangerous they are, and how much trouble they can survive.

That makes the figures feel more thoughtful than a simple character print. They look like small collector pieces made for people who know the difference between Henry showing up half-prepared and Hans arriving dressed like nobility.

These are not regular LEGO sets

The only real caveat is worth making once: these are LEGO-style figures, not official LEGO products. Brickperium says the figures use recycled LEGO components that have been modified or repackaged, with custom printed parts and accessories.

That does not change the fact that they are official merch. The listings describe them as officially licensed by Warhorse Studios. It only means buyers should not expect a normal LEGO box or a set sold through LEGO stores.

They are closer to custom display figures for collectors, especially since the listings warn about fragile accessories.

Fans may have to wait for another batch

Brickperium listed Henry at €53 and Hans at €56, with a three-week estimated dispatch window for preorders. At the time of checking, both figures were sold out.

That is probably the least surprising part of the reveal. Kingdom Come fans have a habit of turning small Henry and Hans moments into running jokes, and these figures are exactly the kind of odd little collectible that spreads fast.

Warhorse has bigger projects ahead, but this is a fun smaller win for the community. Henry and Hans are armed, tiny, and already out of stock, which feels about right for the pair.
