Mistfall Hunter gives new players plenty of ways to spend resources, but the safest upgrade is rarely the flashiest one. A powerful weapon may improve a single run, while better storage, higher resource limits, and a focused talent setup keep helping after failed extractions take valuable gear away.
The best early order is simple: improve the camp systems that protect progress, strengthen one class around a clear plan, and invest in crafting once those basics feel stable. That approach gives players more room to learn maps, keep useful materials, and recover from mistakes without wasting rare items too soon.

Camp upgrades become available after reaching level 5, holding 10,000 Gyldenblod, and finishing Dew's Camp Revitalization task. The Warehouse deserves the first serious investment because weapons, armour, gems, quest items, and building materials quickly fill the starting space. Extra slots reduce the need to sell useful items simply because there is nowhere to keep them.
The Gyldenblod Pool should follow close behind because it raises the amount the Gyldjar can hold. Its third level also unlocks another character slot, which helps players keep different classes ready for separate jobs. That flexibility is useful later, but the larger resource limit is the main reason to improve it early.
Putting resources into these two structures makes every successful extraction more valuable. Players can hold onto backup sets, save rare materials for future upgrades, and avoid rushed decisions at the merchant. Easy-to-find items can still be sold, but anything linked to camp construction, quests, or a working build is safer in storage.

Talents offer more reliable early power than expensive equipment because they remain useful after death. Pick one class, decide which weapon or skill plan feels comfortable, and spend points on bonuses that support it. Damage, defence, cooldowns, and resource recovery are all useful when they strengthen the same style of play.
Talent resets are free, so new players can test ideas without locking themselves into a bad choice. That freedom makes it easier to learn what actually helps during extraction rather than copying a complicated endgame setup. A simple build that finishes runs consistently is worth more than impressive damage that falls apart under pressure.
A lower-rarity weapon with useful bonuses can outperform a more expensive item that boosts the wrong stats, and any carried gear can disappear after a failed escape. Keeping two or three dependable backup sets is usually smarter than spending rare materials on one perfect loadout.
Once storage is comfortable and the main build is working, the Workshop becomes the strongest next upgrade. Reaching Level 2 unlocks Excellent weapons and accessories while reducing crafting time for Excellent gear and Tier 1 Gems. Higher levels later open Epic equipment and stronger gem options for more developed characters.
The Goddess Statue can move ahead of the Workshop for players who keep running out of healing. Its early upgrades improve Spirithorn recovery, giving every class a better chance to survive long fights and reach extraction. That makes it a practical account-wide upgrade when poor healing causes more failures than weak damage.
The Shop, Auction House, Tavern, Soulcatch Tree, and Scavenger Squad all become useful as the account grows, but none needs to be rushed. Upgrade them when a clear limit starts slowing progress, such as low shop stock or too few auction slots. Until then, resources are better spent on the systems that protect gear, support one dependable class, and improve future crafting.
