Fortnite is bringing the Bleach collaboration back to the Item Shop. The second wave adds two characters that fans have wanted since the first crossover. Yoruichi Shihōin and Kisuke Urahara arrive on August 7, adding two of the series' most popular mentors after Ichigo and his closest allies opened the collaboration last year.
Epic has confirmed both outfits and shown a Yoruichi emote, but final prices and bundle contents will be available after the shop refresh. The release goes live at 5:00 PM PT and 8:00 PM ET, which means players in India will see it at 5:30 AM IST on August 8.

Yoruichi is likely to be the main draw because her speed, confidence, and hand-to-hand fighting have made her one of Bleach's most recognisable characters. Her Fortnite design keeps the purple hair and sleeveless look associated with her anime appearance, this makes the crossover skin stand out from the first four characters.
Kisuke has a simple look with his striped hat, loose robes, sandals, and shopkeeper outfit. At first, that design may seem less suited to a battle royale. However, the joke works because Urahara may look friendly, but he is much stronger than he seems. He fits Fortnite without needing to be turned into a louder version of himself.
The first wave covered the central group with Ichigo Kurosaki, Rukia Kuchiki, Orihime Inoue, and Uryu Ishida. Yoruichi and Kisuke expand the roster in a smarter direction by adding two older allies who shaped the Soul Society rescue, training arcs, and many of the series' biggest turning points without simply adding more members of the same team.

The original crossover had four outfits competing for attention alongside a large set of cosmetics. This second wave only needs to support two characters, which gives Epic more room to make each one feel complete through matching accessories, emotes, and bundle choices instead of spreading the set across too many shop pages.
Epic has not announced a Mythic weapon, limited-time mode, or larger gameplay event for the release. This keeps the focus on the outfits and avoids giving fans false expectations. Any claims about Yoruichi's lightning abilities or Kisuke's Benihime becoming usable items remain speculation until Epic says otherwise.
This is also a good time for Bleach, which has returned to the spotlight through the Thousand-Year Blood War. Both characters remain important to the wider story, so their arrival feels more relevant than a random late addition. The crossover is using two familiar faces who are still important instead of reaching for obscure names simply to extend the licence.
Epic usually waits until the Item Shop changes before showing the final V-Bucks prices, bundle discounts, and which accessories are sold separately. That leaves players unable to judge the real cost in advance, especially when anime collaborations often split outfits, pickaxes, back bling, wraps, and emotes across several purchases.
The reveal confirms Yoruichi's emote, but it does not confirm whether both characters receive complete matching sets or whether some items will be grouped into one larger bundle. The first Bleach release used a four-character package, so its price is not a useful guide for a smaller wave with a different mix of cosmetics.
Players interested in only one outfit should wait for the official shop page before buying V-Bucks or planning around leaked estimates. August 7 confirms when Yoruichi and Kisuke arrive, but the better deal will depend on whether Epic keeps their cosmetics together or spreads the crossover across several separate purchases.
