Titan Quest II Full Release Set for January 19, 2027

Titan Quest II will leave Early Access and launch in full on January 19, 2027, with the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions arriving alongside the PC 1.0 release.

THQ Nordic and Grimlore Games have now put an exact date on the action RPG's full launch after previously targeting the end of 2026. The January release will also bring Titan Quest II to consoles for the first time, while the full PC version will launch through Steam and the Epic Games Store.

In its first Early Access roadmap, Grimlore said Titan Quest II would come to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S with version 1.0 rather than during Early Access.

That plan is now locked to January 19, with PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S all receiving the full game on the same day. THQ Nordic's official site currently lists the date across the 1.0 release and both console platforms.

The studio originally said it was aiming for the end of 2026, but described that timing as dependent on how Early Access progressed. January 19 is therefore the first exact release date rather than a delay from a previously announced date. At the start of Early Access, THQ Nordic said the full PC version would cost $49.99 or €49.99, following the lower Early Access price.

Titan Quest II entered Early Access on PC in August 2025 and has continued adding major campaign chapters and character systems on the way to 1.0.

The Wild Lands update in June 2026 delivered what Grimlore called its biggest chapter at the time, adding five Fated Quests, 13 World Quests, more than 20 events and secrets, new bosses, and a higher level cap of 55. The region also pushed the story toward another confrontation with Nemesis.

August then brought the Spirit Mastery and a full crafting system. Spirit expanded the available character combinations with a mastery built around life, death, spellcasting, and summons, while crafting lets players reshape equipment by changing and improving items they find rather than creating gear from scratch.

Those additions build on Titan Quest II's core class system, which allows players to combine two Masteries into a custom character build and modify skills, attributes, and equipment around that pairing.

Grimlore has not yet published a complete version 1.0 feature list, so any additional launch chapters or systems remain unconfirmed.

One area Grimlore has specifically discussed is multiplayer. Online multiplayer is already available during Early Access for groups of up to four players. In its August 2025 roadmap, Grimlore described Early Access multiplayer as a preview and said it planned a substantially improved multiplayer experience for version 1.0.

The official game site currently highlights online multiplayer alongside the expanded campaign, crafting, loot, exploration, and flexible Mastery system that have been developed throughout Early Access.
